Use of the Platform
Mendly connects customers with independent service professionals. We are a marketplace platform and are not directly responsible for the quality or outcome of services performed by professionals listed on our platform.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Service Professional Vetting
Mendly requires every service professional to submit a business license, proof of insurance, and a background check report before being listed. Professionals obtain their own background check from a third-party screening provider (such as Checkr); Mendly's automated system verifies that the submitted report is genuine, current, and belongs to that professional. Mendly does not itself investigate or adjudicate the contents of a background check, and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any professional's credentials. Users are encouraged to review professional profiles before booking.
